We accept standard sized cassettes, microcassettes, digital files via our online HIPAA compliant website, CD (.wav, .wma, .dss and .dll formats) and video files. Our hourly rate includes all proofreading and spellchecking. Transcript can be delivered as a printout, CD or email attachment. We focus on high quality and quick turn around time.
